At Healthy Metal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items with original tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
